Spring-WIndham, 2023 is a framed 5" x 7" mixed media piece, employing acrylic paint and hand printed papers. I was fortunate to have spent a week in the spring on the top of Windham Ridge in the Catskill Mountains. Influenced by the views of the mountains and several local hikes, this landscape related work captures the lovely and lively essence of spring emerging from the vestiges of winter. The work is finished with a UV varnish and is framed in a contemporary wood frame.
